• Appointments must be booked in advance.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service booked.

• Group bookings (two or more individuals) follow the same cancellation policy.

 

3. Payment and Refunds

• Payment for services is due at the time of booking.

• No refunds or credits will be issued for missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.

• Consideration for refunds will be given in cases where the service could not be performed due to circumstances beyond the client's control.
